Shipping Policy

Items ordered through LAT are shipped USPS. A street address is required for delivery. Merchandise will be delivered standard ground transportation, which typically takes 5-7 business days. You may request express delivery for an additional fee, which takes 2-4 business days. Processing time for in stock items is approximately 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times do not include processing time.

At this time LAT only ships merchandise to the U.S and abroad. Additional charges will be applied to merchandise shipped to other countries.

Express shipping is not available for P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping charges are calculated for each address and are based on the order amount being shipped to that address.

The following charges will apply to your order: Any items under $500 will be billed at actual shipping costs plus a small handling fee. Orders in excess of $500 will be free of charge.



Refund and Warranty Policy

Luminous Audio will provide a full refund minus shipping and handling fees if item is returned in “like new” condition within 30 days of the purchase date. Warranty on all of our products is 7 years from date of purchase. Buyer responsible for return shipping fees only.
