Occasionally, orders for an item exceeding our supply are received. We offer our apologies and request your patience especially on our Axiom and custom length cables. As a small company it can be quite difficult if there is an unusual run on a particular product. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified and your credit card will not be charged. However, as a rule we will be able to fill the order within a 5 day period worst case.

Return Policy

We trust you will be satisfied with your LAT purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, LAT's return policy is stated below.

The merchandise may be mailed back to us at customer’s expense. We recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method. No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges.

LAT will issue a refund in the form and amount of the original tender paid (including sales tax) minus a return fee of 10% but with a minimum of a $10 fee for restocking. The original shipping fee is also not authorized for refund. However, a merchandise credit can be issued for 100% if the customer chooses this option.

1. The merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase; and 2. The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer's defect.
