Luminous Audio is proud to introduce its first custom made locking banana plug. Utilizing brass as its base metal with copper content allows us the ability to offer a value conscious banana with an eye on functionality and ease of installation. We are using very heavy gold plating and these can be crimped and/or soldered. We recommend a high quality crimping tool such as a Greenlee or Klien. They will accommodate up to 10 gauge wire. Insure the thumbscrew is loose when inserting into your banana jack and a simple counter clockwise turn will “lock” the connector in place.
